When I started the DAFNNE course my HbA1c was 108 to 54 within 6 months gave me the education I needed to be able to understand my illness and to be able to manage it. My motivation for controlling my diabetes was having being able to have a baby with my husband, when my HbA1c reached 48 my pregnancy journey was able to begin.” Hear Jenny’s story here Jenny Rayner – DAFNE podcast – YouTube
