Director of Place Development and System Support of NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB)

Jocelyn has worked in the NHS in Norfolk and Waveney for 19 years.  

Jocelyn started her career at Norfolk PCT writing a dual diagnosis – mental health and substance misuse – strategy for the County.  Since then her roles have included chief officer and chief operating officer.

She has led on all aspects of commissioning including mental health, substance misuse, prison health, sexual health, out of hospital provision, planned and unplanned care.

Prior to her NHS career Jocelyn worked in the third sector in drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Jocelyn has a master’s degree in public policy from Kings College London.
