The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI Act) in an Act of UK law which provides everyone with a general right of access to all types of information held by public authorities such as NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB).
There are no restrictions on who can request information from a public body; any persons of any age, nationality or location can make a request. The FOI Act places an obligation on public authorities to disclose information. The Act also sets out a series of exemptions and procedural limitations on the public’s right of access and on our obligations to you.

Established on 1 July 2022, the ICB is a newly formed public sector organisation, although we may hold information pertaining to the previous Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) that dates back to 2013.
