Welcome to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Resource Hub

The aim of this page is to share resources, information and encourage engagement, involvement and action in the wide range of events, networks and activities happening across Norfolk & Waveney ICS.

The EDI Resource Hub aims to provide insights, share best practice and examples of how to raise awareness and enable our teams to discuss key topics, build connections and explore shared experiences that allow for an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. It will also showcase and celebrate how we are continuing to grow a diverse workforce to create an inclusive health and social care culture and the best possible care for our patients and members of the public.
