Executive Director of Corporate Affairs and ICS Development of NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) 

Karen is our Executive Director for Corporate Affairs and ICS Development. Karen is an experienced manager in particular with regard to strategic change programmes. She led on the establishment of South Norfolk CCG, the subsequent merger of the five Norfolk and Waveney CCGs and most recently the transition from CCG to ICB in Norfolk and Waveney.

Karen leads many portfolios within our ICB including: estates; patient experience and complaints; communications and engagement; corporate governance, emergency planning and legal.

Karen is a qualified solicitor (currently non-practicing) who moved to the NHS from private practice. Karen co-chairs the national ICB governance leads network.
