Collaborative work is underway with colleagues from the three acute trusts Maternity and Neonatal services and Just One Norfolk around developing and uploading educational videos for both service users and professionals, on the Just One Norfolk platform.

The benefits and outcomes for this project include.

• Improved safety and quality of services provided.
• Improving mother and baby experience.
• Ensuring all pregnant service users receive the best level of care as outlined in national guideline.
• Better trained workforce.
• Enabling patients to make informed decisions around their care.
