The Wellbeing Hubs across Norfolk and Waveney are a safe space to get support for mental health and wellbeing in the community. They are a key development in the transformation of community mental health services.
REST Aylsham and REST Thetford offer a wide range of structured day-time activities and drop-in support, seven days a week. They provide a warm welcome and supportive staff to offer help, advice, or a listening ear.
STEAM House Café King’s Lynn, STEAM House Café Gorleston and REST Norwich, offer the same seven-day provision, in addition to an evening crisis support offer for people who experiencing non-emergency mental distress, on a referred basis. Gorleston and Thetford provision is available to 10pm, and Norwich provision is available to Midnight, seven days a week.
The Wellbeing Hubs are branded slightly differently to reflect local development. However, they all have one important thing in common – they’re a safe space to get support for mental health and wellbeing in the community.
