Chair of the Integrated Care Partnership and Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board

Cllr Borrett is Cabinet Member for Public Health and Wellbeing, after previously serving as Chair of the Adult Social Care Committee. He has been the Chair of the Health and Wellbeing Board from 2017 to the present. He has been Chair of the Integrated Care Partnership since it commenced (2021 to present). He is also a member of the NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB).

First Elected to the County Council in 2009, Cllr Borrett represents the Elmham and Mattishall Division in Mid Norfolk. He has wide ranging interests and has been involved as a champion for Norfolk through the Local Government Association (LGA). Cllr Borrett has held a number of positions within the Council as Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care Public Health and Prevention, Cabinet Member for Efficiency, Cabinet Member for the Environment, Deputy Leader of the Council and Acting Leader of the Council. Cllr Borrett has also been a Breckland District Councillor since 2007 where he chairs the Audit Committee.
