Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about Holistic ADHD Solutions Ltd, which trades as ADHD.Net.

Please note that this information is for patients from Norfolk and Waveney, and patients from Suffolk and North East Essex, rather than ADHD.Net patients from other parts of the country.

If you are a patient from another part of the country, please contact your local Integrated Care Board to find out what arrangements they have put in place.

  • What has happened?

    Holistic ADHD Solutions Ltd has been required to temporarily suspend services. This action has been taken as a precaution to ensure that people’s care remains safe.

    In response, CARE ADHD has taken over the treatment and medication support of Holistic ADHD Solutions Ltd patients.

  • I am a patient, what will happen next?

    Your clinical information has been securely transferred to CARE ADHD.

    CARE ADHD is working through all of the patients quickly and will reach out to you soon to discuss your medication and support.

    CARE ADHD will ask for your help to get you set up on their clinical system. This will include requesting for you to complete an onboarding form and may also include asking you to send them copies of any ADHD assessment reports, outcome reports, or recent clinical letters to help avoid unnecessary reassessment.

  • What should I do if I am running out of medication?

    CARE ADHD are working hard to contact all patients about their medication and support, and they will be in touch soon. We understand that this change is unsettling and that potentially running out of medication is worrying.

    To speed-up the process, please complete the onboarding form CARE ADHD send you so that they can progress your care.
