Independent Non-Executive Member and Chair of the Remuneration, People and Culture Committee

Cathy Armor is Non-Executive Member- of the ICB board and Chair of the Remuneration, People and Culture Committee.

Cathy is a former Director for People at Cambridge University Press where she was a member of the Board. With over 20 years’ experience in HR, Cathy previously worked as head of HR for Marsh insurance in Norwich and London. She has also worked at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the Archant newspaper group. She is currently Deputy Chair at Norwich University of the Arts and Trustee of the Evolution Academy Trust.

Cathy says: “As a resident of the region, I am thrilled to be appointed to the Non-Executive Member role on the NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB. Like everyone, I am grateful to all of the NHS staff who have worked tirelessly through the pandemic, and I see my role on the ICB helping to champion the focus on people for the benefit of staff and ultimately patients.”
