Don’t miss your chance to hop on board the Wellness On Wheels bus!
The Wellness On Wheels bus is supported by partner organisations across Norfolk and Waveney, including NHS Norfolk and Waveney, Norfolk County Council, the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector and others.
The bus is a mobile unit with a separate clinical and consulting space for health, social and well being services.
This service focuses specifically on reaching out into those communities who do not access health and care in more traditional ways. We work with deprived communities as well as communities which face health inequalities across Norfolk and Waveney.
Over the coming weeks, the Wellness on Wheels bus will be traveling for miles across Norfolk and Waveney to support those who need extra help with their health and care.
Services currently being offered on the bus vary and include Health checks, Smoking cessation support, Women’s health support, iCaSH (Contraception and Sexual Health Services), Age UK Norfolk, Department for Work and Pensions and Family Hub.
Vaccinations will be offered on the bus from 14th October up until 19th December 2025 where indicated below. Vaccinations that will be available to eligible individuals are as follows:
