Increasing uptake of Flu Vaccination – targeted Virtual Support Team (VST) to patients that had not been vaccinated against flu in the preceding 12 months.

In response to the anticipated rise in flu in 2021 and before the COVID-19 vaccination was readily available. This project focused on the extremely vulnerable cohort and doing all we could to reduce their risk of hospitalisation and catching COVID-19. The VST directly contacted more than 3,000 patients to book them in for a flu vaccination.
