Share your experience of end-of-life care

8th July 2024

Are you or someone close to you living with a terminal illness?  Take part in a  survey to share your experience – and shape a better end of life for all.

On behalf of those responsible for shaping palliative and end of life care, NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a survey to understand the experiences of people in the East of England, with the support of Healthwatch Norfolk.

They want to hear from people who are:

  • Living with a terminal illness
  • Supporting or caring for someone with a terminal illness
  • Have been bereaved in the last two years

Call Healthwatch Norfolk on 0808 168 9669 (lines are open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday)

Email Healthwatch Norfolk on to arrange a time to take part in the survey by phone.

Marie Curie is also looking for people to take part in one-to-one interviews or group discussions about their experiences. Find out more about that and the overall project at

The findings and experiences will then be shared with those people in both Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region who are responsible for making decisions about palliative and end-of-life care.
