Board Meetings take place every two months. Members of the public are welcome to attend in person. Each ICB Board meeting held in public includes a section on the agenda which looks at learning from our staff, people and communities, and to discuss and learn. You can view films featuring feedback from our staff, and people and communities sharing their lived experience here.

Upcoming meetings

• 27 January 2026, 9am – 1pm. This meeting will be taking place at Elizabeth Fink Room, Endeavour House, Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 2BX. Please visit the Suffolk County Council website for information on visiting Endeavour House, including parking, public transport and accessible facilities and services.
  The meeting agenda and papers will be uploaded here closer to the meeting date. Members of the public are invited to submit questions relating to agenda items (in advance of the meetings, by 12 noon on 20 January 2026) via email to nwicb.contactus@nhs.net.
  The live-stream of the meeting will be viewable here. The stream will also be available to view after the meeting has ended.
