CCLP Forum – Time-out for established leaders

The CCPL Forum’s primary purpose is to create a collaborative platform for clinical leaders within the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB), fostering mutual support and promoting holistic health and care services while addressing health inequalities and prevention. Its objectives include supporting CCP leaders and specialty advisors, facilitating knowledge sharing, contributing to strategic planning, promoting quality improvement, encouraging integrated care, and fostering innovation in healthcare practices.

These sessions are currently attended by our 19 System Speciality Leads and 5 Locality (Place) Leads

As part of these monthly sessions our in post CCPLs hear from subject matter experts within our system about important facets of the ICS so they are informed and can inform these areas. The themes covered within this programme, which forms part of the Consolidator programme, can be found above.

Complex Conversations Programme

The Complex Conversations Programme is designed to address the common avoidance of complex conversations by empowering individuals to transform their mental models and turn challenging dialogues into constructive exchanges that foster personal growth and relationship preservation.

With seven essential elements drawn from extensive research and practical experience, the aim is to equip leaders with vital skills for positive dialogues, contributing to personal and professional growth, enhancing relationships, and fostering development.

The course is tailored to specific client needs, exemplified by bespoke in-person training for NHS leaders and a digital course integrated into the Growth Pod Academy for aspiring system leaders, providing self-paced learning supplemented by engaging live webinars for deeper exploration of practical applications.

It is being offered to 20 CCPLs across the system and will be repeated depending on update and feedback.
